Long thin hole in road, with water pumping out

Water leak Have had vans of men come and look then go away. Nothing done and its got worse

    This hole with water pumping out of it has been reported by me over 6 weeks ago. It has now grown in size and is still pumping water out. We've had a couple of vans from SE water look at it and go away without doing anything.
