Hedges are spanning width of footpath

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4387322.

Because of the hedges being cut previously and the clippings left behind on the path, the hedges are encroaching more and more onto the footpath. The branches are now leaving little room on the path and it won't be long before people will have to use the road. The hedge also needs litter picking. It's a complete state.
