Hole in manhole cover

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4387319.

Metal between holes in manhole has come away leaving one large hole. Big enough for foot to go in partially and result in injury to ankle, foot etc. Not easily seen as you exit a vehicle from passenger side.

Please contact Yorkshire Water in regards to this issue as the drain cover will be there responsibility.
