Mobile home/caravan overhanging the public pavement.

This has been an issue since before the new year 2023. The motorhome has been parked overhanging a public pavement at a particular pinch point outside 21 Bures Close IP14 2PL. This is where the public pavement has a 90 degree turn in it. It is the main public pavement for people from Polstead Close through to Combs Ford shop etc and vice versa. I have seen mothers` with push chairs, people with dogs, disabled people in buggies having to use the road to get by one way or the other. I do believe the owner is disabled themselves and therefore would understand the particular concern here. Also they have a Ring door bell which has CCTV so it is not an unknown situation either.
