Whole road broken up again

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4385698.

This road is a regular problem gets repaired badly and breaks up again. Roads never used to break up like this when they were properly maintained and repaired but now it is always a bodge job which fails again within weeks. Government has a cheek putting up road tax but not spending it on properly maintaining the roads. Must be costing people a fortune in wrecked tyres and wheels!
