Confusing sinage

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4384620.

Wrong/confusing signage on entrance and exit to roundabout, Signage states a lane closure, confusing traffic and there is no lane closure whatsoever, potential for a serious accident by cars vacating the inner lane unnecessary
