Southcote Road flooding

Southcote Road has flooded again. There is no walking route except through the middle of the road.

Both pavements are flooded with several inches of water (you can measure it against the vehicles parked).

There are drains and gulleys, but these have not been regularly cleaned and therefore water builds up and floods the road.
