Damaged road surface

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4381922.

The road surface is damaged in multiple places between the lanes 1/2/3 travelling from junction 30 to Junction 32. Over the last week there have been a few occasions where I have almost lost control of my motorbike trying to change lanes. Hitting an uneven road surface at 70 mph on 2 wheels is extremely dangerous.
