Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4380938.

Two abandoned vehicles parked opposite 38 Factory Lane taking up parking spaces. Have been reported several times the silver focus has been there 2 and a half years, and the blue Peugeot has been there nearly a year
