Permit parking

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4380220.

I pay for permit parking, yet when I return from work or school run there is never anywhere to park as people just ark on our road. Our road is never monitored but parking attendants. The people who work in the school park on our road all day long and others so the residents who actually pay for parking have nowhere to park. People park on our road with notes in their window stating they are waiting for permit to be received. Yet its all digital as soon as you pay the permit is emailed over. This has been ongoing for months yet no parking attendant are seen during the day to check this. Can this please be looked into that the parking attendants actually visit our road. Thank you.
