Cars parking on grass frontage rather than have a proper drive done

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4377886.

Cars are parking on the grass front/side of there homes rather than have a proper drive put in. When i enquired for dropped kerbs i was told i had to have a drive done first
