Two abandoned bikes taking up valuable space

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Deke Weild at 09:47, Mon 10 February 2014

Sent to West Sussex County Council 3 minutes later

There is a rack of 5 cycle stands (each can take one bike each side) outside the ferry Inn pub on the corner of the high street and east street in Shoreham-by-sea.

Two abandoned bikes have been locked to these stands for over 6 months now and are slowly rusting to bits and are an eyesore. The remainder of the racks are always full as there just arent enough to go around so these two abandoned bikes compound the problem.

Easy to identify them as they are very rusty now with flat tyres,

There arent enough spaces as it is judging by the amount of bikes locked to all the other street furniture (e.g pedestrian seating, lampposts, drain pipes etc etc).

They need removing ASAP.
