Exposed Wiring and missing cover

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4371125.

Lamp column has missing inspection cover from the base of the column and the electrical wiring is visible - clearly been that way for a long time with evidence of numerous previous repairs by duct tape.

Needs a permanent fix and is urgent - if live poses a significant risk to the public.
