Road is in bad repair

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4371035.

This road has been in a bad state of repair for years, even when they put in lines for parking restrictions, they were painting across holes, I asked the painter if the road was going to be repaired before the painting was done, who said we have been asked to paint it as it is. Also the main drains seem to be completely blocked so that when it rains, the water does not go through them, just flows down the road
