Missing/damaged bike barriers - public spaces

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4370573.

Please can the motorbike barrier be put back in place for entrance to the Bongs via Lytham Road.

These were damaged and removed some time ago.

Motorbikes using this entrance nightly creating a nuisance riding up and down till midnight.

Updates

This has not been addresses and motorbikes using this entrance/exit to the bongs late at night.
