Match day parking

Whenever there is a match in the Cardiff City Stadium there is never any parking by the house. Residents who live in the area are unable to park by their houses due to the presence of cars of match fans. More to the point, as traffic lights allowing traffic flow out of the estate rarely let cars out, the entire street remains gridlocked for, sometimes, hours, as can be seen in the images attached, which prevents residents being able to leave the estate. More to the point, should any of the residents of the estate require an emergency vehicle this would not be able to get through as fans block the entire road in and out of the estate.
