Dear Mr Slater,
Thank you for reporting this. Our Site Inspector will speak to the developer and contractor on site and remind them of their responsibility to keep the roads clean and clear of mud and to make sure they have wheel washing facilities in place.
Kind regards

I dont know if Oxon County Council has yet spoken to the developer in the intervening three weeks since I reported this issue but nothing has changed. Nearby residents have to put up with swirling dust from passing vehicles when the weather is dry or mud when it's wet. The developer has only cleared the kerb in front of the two properties that face the road (which are currently being marketed for sale).
