Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4369186.

Water running onto and down Wakerly Rd even on dry days and potholed Tarmac near traffic lights.

    Saturday 20/05/23 at 13:56, two cars are parked on double yellows lines & pavement we’re there should not park- car reg:are HV12 XWC & T555OOR. And no traffic warden on site.
