This guy keeps parking on the pavement even after he's had tickets he still jeeps doing it. He's already been reported for parking over our drive now he uses the whole pavement and no one is doing a thing he doesn't care about tickets so please tow him or clamp him

  • Still parking on double yellows.... driveway with no drop kerb... and all four wheels on pavement.... 3 offences right out side his place and this has been reported so many times
