Very large flag has been erected on listed building on our high street at the Ole Kyiv restaurant. This is not in keeping with our high street, is on a listed building and almost certainly has not received planning permission. Please could you get them to remove it and restore the exterior of our lovely listed building? Many thanks in advance.
