Fly tipping

Sent to Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4364738.

Large amount of household rubbish dumped where the phone mast is on the way from Sheering to lower Sheering on the Harlow Road! Also very dangerous pot hole on the bend at the junction to Lower Sheering.
