Traffic Cones Placed in Road

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4361248.

Not only have Jams on the hill made the width of the pavement narrow with their table and chairs, now they are placing traffic cones in the kerb. This part of the road is narrow as it is, and if an emergency vehicle had to pass, there would be no room for other vehicles to more over to let them. This delay could cost saving a person life or property. PLEASE take these cones away from them, they don't need to use them and they are obstructing the highway.
