Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4361193.

Reported this a fortnight ago and nothing done yet. Whenever it rains a veritable lake appears here, at the pedestrian crossing point with the drop kerb. The drain is completely blocked and standing water takes about a day to drain off, provided it doesn't rain again in the meantime. Passing cars create tidal waves engulfing unwitting passers-by!
