Rubbish

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4359169.

For several weeks there has been a black bin full of rubbish on the pavement. This is increasingly causing a health and safety issue and in general is a nuisance to pavement users particularly as this is a main thoroughfare for primary school children
