Nightime noise and littering on Central Road

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4359133.

Often for the past month, I have been hearing a group of people talking loud or shouting past 10PM sometimes 12AM, using the place to sleep and eat, regularly leaving their food, or rubbish around. The road smells and looks bad. Very disturbing at night and bothering during the day. It happens at the back of the Zara building on Central Road, and as a resident living in the building in front, it has been very hard to not be disturbed at night.
