Misleading speed limits

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4358894.

In the roadworks as you go from M5 to M42 heading towards Coventry the overhead variable speed limits are dangerous as you move from each gangtry towards Coventry it goes 50, 50, 60, 70, 40 (with inner lanes telling you to get across to outside lanes).
