A resident on Riversdell Close has been placing a cone outside their house in order to prevent people parking there even though it is a raised curb with no markings or restrictions. I believe this to be an offence under the highways act 1980 as it is an obstruction of the highway. It is extremely selfish and annoying as parking is already very limited and this is not helping
