Chicken Vendor Van

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4356204.

Noticed a white van parked up on the pavement at this location selling hot chicken/fast food. Was blocking quite a bit of the public footpath. Just wondering if you are aware of this? Got the impression he should not have been parked up there, especially so close to the green and blocking half the pavement. If you are aware of this, I don't think its a good idea as things like this merely encourage even more weekend litter in the area (especially the green).
