Huge deep puddle everytime heavy rain occurs

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4355939.

Everytime there is heavy rain the corner of Vigo Lane floods. This has been going on for sometime now. The puddle is rather large and unavoidable as you come into Vigo Lane, and spreads across most of the left hand side of the road. I assume either a drain is blocked or water is running off the common.
