Underpass gutters choked with litter & leaf mulch

Underpass between Dumbarton Rd and nature walk (!) covered in litter & leaf mulch which is blocking the gutters that lead to the drainage. This then results in flooding, of course.

Time to have yet another word with the headteachers of local schools. All the litter is from the lunchtime school run to the carry out food shops on Dumbarton Rd.

Not pro-actively clearing the autumnal leaf backlog doesn't exactly help.
