Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4353889.

On Blundells Road , near Chichester Rd in Tilehurst, Reading a resident is continuously placing parking cones on the road prevent parking access and making it difficult for cars to negotiate traffic.
