Light 4B is out I have reported this now 3 times and twice you said fixed it is not. Yesterday a light vehicle worked on a light in the road behind us. Out light is in my property at 38a Corbett Rd OX18 3 LD. Please sort. X

I have now reported this problem 3 times, you have twice reported as fixed. This is not the case still out. Yesterday a light vehicle repaired a light in the Maples road behind our property. The light 4B is on my property 38a Corbett Rd OX18 3LD. Please action asap. Mrs Mccormack-White

There is an electricity supply fault at this street light and has been sent to the electricity company for repair, it depends on workload as to how long it takes but is in hand to be rectified
