The tree snapped the day it was windy

Reported via mobile in the Young Tree Requires Maintenance category anonymously at 06:25, Friday 24 March 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4352309.

It snakes from the point it was taped. The winds were strong and the tree head was too heavy and had no flexibility to bend so it broke.
