Shrubbery overgrown and needs maintenance

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4352251.

I reported this back in October 22 in the same place. This still hasn’t been done. Workers did attend and prune nearby. As they were leaving (having not done this) I approached and asked why they hadn’t done the area in question. They said they would be back, but they haven’t. It clearly wasn’t true. Please can you rectify this. I’m not sure I understand waiting 5 months since reporting and nothing having happened as yet. Thanks
