Traffic lights on roundabout before Hadfield Rd

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4351886.

Light sequence messed up. They stay red for up to 3 changes of lights whilst waiting at the set before these. It is trapping traffic within a yellow box, that has 2 pairs of moving violation cameras. Please get this fixed, unless the city is happy catching unlucky road users in their pockets
