Box Is back

Reported via Android in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 10:06, Thursday 23 March 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4349001.

I reported this box a few times as papers were all over the area and when empty it was used as a bin which was then thrown on the floor every morning when the papers were delivered. It is often blown into the road and is a hazard. Last week it was taken away. It is now back on the pavement outside Bromley North Station.
