Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4347331.

This is the 2nd time I have reported this problem. It is at the bottom end of the recreation ground and in my opinion an accident waiting to happen with people trying to use it as a crossing from or to the rec from the field near the campsite.
