Multiple metal work issues

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4344615.

West Hill Junction with West Lane on the right, there are multiple pieces of metal work in the road that have differing amounts of breakages of road surface around them, some also have sharp edges where the tarmac once was!
