College Road nightmare

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4343527.

This long section of college Road in covered in potholes with also potholes on the speed bumps. It's utterly disgusting that the Cardiff Council do nothing to repair the road. It's getting desperate now.
