Sent to Crawley Borough Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4343271.

Adjacent traffic lights Sussex Surrey Crematorium, Forge Wood, Crawley. Off Crawley avenue slip road then turn left towards Crematorium just before the lights Manhole cover banging coming loose as cars run over it. Getting worse by the day, and I'm sure would cause major accident should it collapse.
