House rubbish left in blag bags by workers

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4342153.

Looks like work is being done in a house 14 Nethercairn Road 1 up, worker was seen dumping bags of house rubbish onto the grass right next to the no fly tipping warning sign in excess of 7 bags. A neighbour pointed the sign out to him but this was ignored by the worker. Workers use a large white transit van which they could easily have taken the rubbish away with them rather than dumping on the grass.
