Multipule pot holes

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4340526.

There are multiple pot holes along this road but most worse is at the junction onto elm road, they are very deep and have lots of stones lose, I have buckled my alloy wheel and would also like to know how to have this repaired at your cost, please.
