Van parked outside the parking bay, dangerously on rhe bend so no one can see to pull out of the road safeky

The van is parked on the corner of the road, im neighbourhood watch so neighbours report to me what tje problems are. This can parks daily sticking out of tje road where pedestrians and vehicles can't see to cross or pull out. Several cars have gad near misses ans a child on a scooter nearly got hit by a car crossing here. I've asked nicely to move tje van into the parking bay only to get abuse back.
