Yellow lines required

Reported via iOS in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 14:12, Monday 20 March 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4335638.

This car persistently parks on the carriage way, can you put yellow lines to stop it and reduce the risk of a head on collision as drivers swerve around it without thinking. The LBB should charge all vehicles that are publically parked in the highway.
