Flytipping in Spinney (Court Lane)

The fence around the Spinney has now been heightened which is good but the ones who did this work have left the rubbish and the fly tipping inside the fence and it got worse while they were doing it because the area was open during the operation. If the Council can do the fencing why can't they also remove the rubbishe at the same time?
