Anti - social behaviour

Reported via mobile in the Security Issues category anonymously at 19:18, Sunday 19 March 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4332196.

3 young boys this eve approx 5.45 - 6.10pm were throwing sticks and chasing ducks near the rockery. As they walked past me near the benches one shouted "bitch"

They went to front pond, and while there my partner saw them chase, and throw a stick at a duck.

As they left toward carlton parade, one made rude gestures at me.

I stayed in area till 6.30, and park was still not locked.

Please, address this. Totally, unacceptable and intimidating behaviour, from these feral kids. Security needs to be stepped up, urgently! When will council take this seriously?
