Drains blocked AGAIN!! Causing flooding and damage to properties.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4329458.

Drains not being maintained. Blocked again! Street flooding causing damage to houses and splashing anyone walking on the pavement or leaving homes
