Camber in Road adjusted to drain that doesn’t work

Reported via mobile in the Drainage category anonymously at 10:43, Sat 18 March 2023

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4327727.

Picture taken 2 hours AFTER Iight rainfall. Water has not drained. During heavy rainfall the whole road and sometimes path is flooded. This causes water to be thrown over pedestrians including school children as this is a direct route to the local school, and people cannot use the footpath. It also throws grit and debris onto parked cars and people’s drives. This issue has been reported several times over several years. If it is not dealt with soon we will look into getting a local pettion and sending it to local government The next time it floods severely we will also consider contacting the local press and see if they would like to take photos of the dingys etc which can be floated on what turns into a mini pond! Enough is enough and after years of polite complaint patience is wearing thin. Please address this issue and fix this problem .
