For over a month, several bins in Gogmore Farm Park have not been properly fitted with bin bags after they have been emptied. Either a bag has not been put in at all or (as here) it has not been fixed at all four corners, so it can't easily be used, hangs out the bottom, and spills rubbish around the bin. Please can you fix this.
