Gulleys from near to Fox Glove Cotttage, Spring Road Bardwell are blocked. During heavy rainfall the water runs down the road towards Black Water Farm (this has created a visible gulley along the edge of the highway). Please can the drainage gulleys be jetted to remove the blockages.
